Full refunds are available for classes purchased from highergroundlearning.com at any point up to 24 hours before the start of on-site classes, or 10 days before the start of international classes. You may “return” your class registration for a full refund or exchange it for another class of equal value. All other returns or refunds for class registrations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
University of Utah Youth Education refund requests and withdrawal from classes must be made through Youth Education, 1195 Annex Building, Wing A, or over the phone at 801-581-6984. Parents are responsible for dropping all desired courses for their children. A 100% refund will be given for cancellations up to two full weeks prior to the first day of class. No refunds will be authorized after that, including no prorated refunds for partial attendance. No refunds are authorized in the event of a dismissal.
